Avery Price has to hold onto his wheelchair during the national them, but nothing will stop him from rising up to honor his country.  It’s not easy for the Tennessee 10-year-old to use his legs, because of a condition similar to cerebral palsy.

But his parents say he works very hard to build up his strength. Avery recently walked to receive his fourth grade diploma. But at this fair he wanted to literally stand up for what he believes in.

Avery says, it was the right thing to do and he simply wanted to stand for his country. His parents and military family are very proud of, who they call their superhero, and his patriotism.

They say, “he showed the world his heart by doing what he was supposed to do to honor men and women who fight for us to be free.”
