HARRISBURG (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced on Thursday, June 4 that 176 more Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores will be opening for limited services.

The new locations will be designated in yellow-phase counties, and their limited in-store accessibility will begin on Friday, June 5.

Social distancing and other COVID-19 considerations will be put into effect as the stores reopen.

The 176 newly reopening locations will bring the statewide total of opened Fine Wine & Good Spirits buildings to 525.

The 176 stores opening on June 4 will be spread throughout nine counties: 14 in Berks county, 31 in Bucks County, 19 in Chester County, 17 in Delaware County, 13 in Lackawanna County, 19 in Lancaster County, 17 in Lehigh County, 33 in Montgomery County, and 13 in Northampton County.

The stores will only allow a maximum capacity of 25 people in the store at one time — including both customers and employees.

The first hour of business will be set aside for those with higher risk to COVID-19 and customers ages 65 or older.

Customers and employees both will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing.

One-way aisles and pathways will be established to discourage traffic.

Employees will also be adhering to modified cleaning and sanitizing methods.
