Allegheny County Controller Chelsa Wagner And Husband Khari Mosley Officially Charged

PITTSBURGH (News Radio 1020 KDKA) – Allegheny County Controller Chelsa Wagner and her husband Khari Mosley are officially being charged in connection to altercation that happened with Detroit police earlier this month at the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel. 

According to a news release from the office of the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney, Wager has been charged with two counts of resisting and obstructing the police; which is a felony with a maximum penalty of two years. 

Wagner was also charged with one count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor with a maximum penalty of 90 days.

Mr. Mosley is charged with one count each of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, both misdemeanors with the maximum penalties of 90 days. 

There will be arrangements made for the defendants to turn themselves in for arraignment.
