PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A Westmoreland County woman faces felony animal cruelty charges after police found nearly 100 sick animals living in filth in her small home.

Police say they seized 30 dogs, 67 cats, a box turtle and a deer inside 54-year-old Alexsandria Klochak's Ross Mountain Park Home in New Florence on Thursday.

The animals were removed from Klochak's custody and she was released on 20 thousand dollars bond.

Klochak's parents, who also live in the home, were previously convicted of operating a kennel without a license at the same house.
