Ambridge's Suspended Police Chief To Stand Trial

James Mann is accused falsifying time sheets

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Ambridge's suspended police chief will stand trial on multiple charges.

James Mann was in court Wednesday.

 Prosecutors say he stole $67,000 from the borough by falsifying time sheets.

 He's also accused of threatening and improperly suspending a police officer.

The judge did throw out a charge of collecting short term disability while ineligible.
