PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Police responded to a bomb threat called into the Goodwill on Banksville Road Wednesday morning.

Pittsburgh Police responded to the scene and located a suspicious box in the back of the building.

As a precaution, Banksville Road between Potomac and Wenzell Avenues was closed.

Goodwill staff evacuated the building and police inspected the area.

A K-9 did not detect anything suspicious inside.

Banksville Road was reopened to traffic around 12:45 p.m. and Goodwill has since reopened.
