PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Pittsburgh Public Safety said in a tweet they planned to open three lanes of East Carson Street by 4 p.m. Thursday but the road is still closed.

The road has been closed since Sunday when a Norfolk Southern train derailed near Station Square.
