PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Mostly safe and successful. That's how the City of Pittsburgh is describing this year's Kenny Chesney concert at Heinz Field.

About 45,000 people were there. EMS says it treated 78 patients, 29 of them were transported to hospitals. Most of the cases were alcohol-related.

The Department of Public Safety reports there were 5 physical arrests. 15 people were cited and another 19 were written up for underage drinking.  In a release, Public Safety said: "This year’s event brought a reduction in unruly and illegal behavior from previous years."

Public Works removed 25 tons of garbage after the show.
