The Consumer Produced Safety Commission and Fisher-Price have issued a recall on the popular “Rock ‘n Play” sleeper due to infants dying from rolling over in the sleeper.

Anyone with the sleeper should stop using it immediately and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher.

According to the CPSC website, since 2009, over 30 infants have died in the Rock ‘n Play due to the baby being unrestrained and rolling over, or under other circumstances.

There have been about 4.7 million products sold. The recall number is 19-105 and it was sold in major retailers.
