Flash Flood Warning Issued For Allegheny, Washington, Westmoreland Counties

Until 5:30 p.m. for Washington, 6:10 for Allegheny and Westmoreland

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A flash flood warning has been issued for Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties until 6:11 p.m. and Washington County until 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

An inch to an inch and a half can fall over a short period of time.

There are reports of flooding in White Oak at the 48th, 22nd and 27th blocks of Lincoln Way.

There are also reports of flooding on the Mansfield Bridge on the McKeesport side.


The National Weather Service says some of the locations that may experience flooding include Gastonville, South Park, Jefferson Hills, Clairton, Elizabeth, Lincoln, West Elizabeth, and Finleyville...
