Gag Order Issued In Antwon Rose Homicide Case

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — A gag order has been issued in the case of the East Pittsburgh police officer being tried for criminal homicide.

Judge Alexander Bicket issued the order Wednesday after he was appointed to preside over the case and upcoming trial after Judge Anthony Mariani recused himself. Officer Michael Rosfeld is charged in the shooting death of Antwon Rose II.

The unarmed teen was runnning away from a traffic stop when it happened. Rosfeld's trial is scheduled to start in February.
