PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Giant Eagle is recalling a long list of prepared foods containing romaine lettuce because of E.coli concerns.

Salads, sandwiches and wraps sold at Giant Eagle, Market District and GetGo locations are being recalled as a precaution.

The ready-to-eat products were packaged between April 9th and 13th and sold in clear plastic containers.

The grocery chain says it has not received any reports of illness.

Customers who purchased a recalled product should throw it away or return it.

To get a refund, customers can bring a receipt to a store.
