Fans reportedly waited hours to get into the Jimmy Buffett concert at KeyBank Pavilion Saturday night. Long lines at security checkpoints kept some concertgoers outside Buffett’s show more than an hour after it started.

Concert-goer Becky tells KDKA Radio's Marty Griffin, "it was a complete nightmare, I've never experienced anything like this in my life" "it took forever to get into the venue by car,  we bought VIP parking after waiting in line for a good hour we drove over to VIP parking only to be told by a teenager working the area that there were no more spots, we refused to believe that so we drove right through and found a spot with no problem"

After waiting two hours mobs of people became increasingly angry and more frustrated and fights started to break out. One woman was told there was a problem with metal detectors at the gates, says Becky.

Live Nation Pittsburgh released the following statement in response:

“During last night’s show some fans experienced longer than normal wait times. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused and will continue working hard to prevent situations like this from happening again in the future. Any fans who experienced delays are encouraged to reach out to Ticketmaster Fan Support.”
