Jimmy Buffett Concert-Goers Snarled By Security Will Be Compensated.

They'll receive 'concert cash'

July 10, 2018 - 11:30 am

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - There's good news for those who had a less than favorable experience at Saturday night's Jimmy Buffet concert at KeyBank pavilion.

The Post-Gazette reports Live-Nation will compensate those who stood for hours at the security gates and missed some or all of the show.

Live-Nation says those who did not pass through the gates by 8:25 p.m. will be rewarded "concert cash" that can be used to see another act at the facility or another live nation owned property.

Ticket holders will be compensated based on the price of their original ticket.
