(Newsradio 1020 KDKA) Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman is being threatened with legal action after blocking critics from his personal Twitter account.

The threats of possible lawsuits comes after Fetterman posted a picture of his wife, Giselle, being the first Second Lady of Pennsylvania to be a Brazilian Carnaval dancer.

The tweet received praises and criticisms from all sides.

Fetterman would block multiple people over the criticisms, including Sean Guay from Hummelstwon and Jason Lindenmuth who have hired Marc Scaringi to represent them legally.

Scaringi added that Fetterman accused Lindemuth of shaming his wife on Twitter, making defamation another reason for the possible lawsuit.

A letter was sent from Scaringi’s office to Fetterman demanding to unblock and apologize to the two men or face legal action.

The letter gave the Lieutenant Governor seven days to do so.

Fetterman has been blocking people from his personal account and not his official government account.
