Walt Disney has increased admission prices for its theme parks across the U.S. "Regular" ticket pricing is up $4 to $119 for adults and $113 for kids at the Magic Kingdom park in Orlando. Disney reported that its parks and resorts generated $5.2 billion in the most recent quarter, an increase of 13%. Attendance grew 6% in the same period.

Disney released a statement in USA Today that says, "We know how important making memories at Disney theme parks is to our guests and we will continue to evolve our pricing in a way that gives them a range of options to meet their budget and helps them better spread attendance throughout the year so they can make the most of every visit."
