PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A new burger place in Oakland has been ordered closed by the Allegheny County Health Department.

El Turco Burger Shack in North Oakland has been operating without a valid health permit.

In addition, the restaurant on North Craig Street Failed to give complete construction plans and have them approved prior to construction.”

The facility also failed to give at least 10 days’ notice before opening.
