PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - District Attorney Stephen Zappala’s office has released video (skip to 2:00) of the incident that led up to an altercation between two women and three employees/managers at a local Exxon station.

The video from the gas station in Marshall-Shadeland shows a woman going into the store after an alleged argument over $17 of gasoline.

The woman knocks over some store items and is immediately taken down and dragged out of the store where the Facebook video shows the outside incident.

Three men are facing simple assault charges but protestors and some political leaders are asking for aggravated assault charges.

Zappala has said he is sticking to the lesser simple assault charges saying that aggravated assault would be on par with third-degree murder.

The two women involved in the incident are expected to hold a news conference Friday.
