The second half of the season gets underway tonight as the Fab4 Fuel By Turners Premium Iced Tea returns to Lernerville Speedway.

The points battle in the Peoples Gas DIRTcar Sprints division is tight as A.J. Flick, Jack Sodeman Jr. and George Hobaugh are separated by a mere 24-points.  Flick leads thanks to three feature wins.  Sodeman, the 2016 Champion, is 12-points behind Flick and visited Terry Bowser Victory Lane on May 18th.  Hobaugh, pictured above, is 12-points behind Sodeman.  Sye Lynch could be one to watch tonight after picking up a victory last Saturday night at Sharon Speedway.

The Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro Stocks battle is equally tight as Tyler Dietz, Corey McPherson and Noah Brunell are separated by just 13-points.  The three have grabbed 16-out-of-a-possible-18-podium positions so far in 2018.  Dietz and McPherson each have two wins while Brunell has one.

In the Precise Racing Products DIRTcar Late Model division Michael Norris sits atop the points standings and is looking to continue his dominance this year.  Mike Pegher Jr. is looking to break a winless streak at “The Action Track” that dates back almost a year.  Colton Flinner impressed in the Firecracker 100 main event and looks to build on that momentum.

Rex King Jr. sits comfortably atop the Diehl Automotive DIRTcar Big Block Modified standings on the strength of three feature wins.  Dave Murdick sits in second place, 34-points behind.  Murdick is looking to build on a great run at Raceway 7 when he started at the rear of the field and finished third in the BRP Modified Tour event. Rex King Sr. took the BRP Modified Tour win last Saturday night at Stateline Speedway.

Fans can meet the Pro Stocks drivers tonight from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the picnic tables underneath the turn 4 grandstands.

Lernerville’s pits open tonight at 4 p.m. with the grandstands opening at 5 p.m.  Racing starts at 7:30 p.m. sharp.

Adult general admission is $15, $12 for Seniors, $10 for students ages 11-17 and children 10 and under are free of charge.  Pit passes are available for $25 for DIRTcar member and $30 for non-members.
