PA State Police: Studies Warned Of Potential Racial Bias

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) -  If you are driving a fancy car, and you are a minority are you more or less likely to be stopped by the PA State police? 

And if you are stopped would police find anything if they searched your car?  

At one time PA tracked the numbers but then stopped.  Why?  Retired State Trooper Kevin Mosley tells KDKA Radio's Lynne Hayes-Freeland without data it’s difficult to analyze traffic stops by race.
