MT. LEBANON (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — The person responsible for the threat against Keystone Oaks Schools is in police custody.

The District Superintendent says the suspect is a current student and has admitted to posting the threat online. The student also said he never intended to hurt anyone.

A comment threatening Keystone Oaks High School was identified on a YouTube Live Stream and reported to police and the state's Safe2Say Something program.

The FBI assisted Mount Lebanon and Green Tree Police in the investigation that led them to the juvenile from the Green Tree area.

The district canceled classes Tuesday, but will open buildings for events and meetings scheduled for the afternoon. That includes the WPIAL basketball playoffs.
