Arrest Made In West End Shooting

Pittsburgh police have made an arrest in Saturday's shooting in the West End.

18-year-old Kenneth Parker was arrested Tuesday and faces charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, robbery, reckless endangerment and carrying a firearm without a license.

According to police, the victim was in the Elliot neighborhood looking to buy heroin when he was shot inside his vehicle. He then drove to the Zone 6 department to report the shooting and was later taken to the hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound to his stomach.
