PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - "American Idol" competition wrapped up last night with performances from 18-year-old Gabby Barrett and two other finalists. The Munhall teen sang Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" and the man who sang the lead vocals on the 80s hit, Steve Perry, was there last night on ABC, joining her on camera.

Perry: "That's the most amazing version I've ever heard. I swear it was beautiful, just beautiful." Barrett: "It was an honor to sing it in front of you. Thank you so much."

Barrett sang three songs last night: "Rivers Deep," "Little Red Wagon" and "Don't Stop Believin'."

Barrett finds out if she's the winner tonight at 9 on WTAE.
