Plum Football Player Accuses Coach Of Assault

Attorney David Shrager: If "allegations" are true, it could be considered criminal conduct

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Plum Police confirm they are investigating claims of assault against a Plum High School football coach. A player claims the coach put his hands around his neck and "slammed" him after Friday's game against Penn-Trafford. 

David Shrager, a defense attorney representing the teen tells KDKA Radio's Marty Griffin "at the Plum-Penn Trafford football game, Plum got burned out pretty bad "allegations" are the young man took his football helmet off on the field and threw his helmet on the ground in frustration. The coach was angry for what took place and  "allegedly" got physical with him by slamming the boy against a wall in the locker room and grabbed him around the neck leaving bruises over the young man's body."
