UPDATE: The Westmoreland County coroner has been called to the scene. 

S. HUNTINGDON TWP, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - State Police and water rescue crews are searching for a missing 15-year-old last seen jumping into Jacobs Creek in South Huntingdon Township late Tuesday night.

The search was called over temporarily overnight around 2 a.m. and resumes Wednesday morning.

The search area is near Chaintown Bridge Road close to the Westmoreland-Fayette County line.

Posts on social media say the teen was swimming with a friend.
