Police Make Arrest In Graffiti Incident On North Side

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A man has been arrested in connection with a graffiti incident that occurred in October.

Pittsburgh Police say that 29-year-old Garrison Alston of Sharpsburg is in custody.

He is charged with Criminal Mischief, Conspiracy and Possessing an Instruments of Crime.

The Graffiti Task Force says the incident occurred on October 29 near Federal Street and South Commons on a portion of a railroad track wall that is owned by Norfolk Southern.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
