PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Police are looking for a second driver in a late-April fatal hit and run.

On April 28 51-year-old Joseph Morris was killed while after he was hit by a car as he walked along Hershey Road in Penn Hills.

Police determined the automobile that struck Morris was a Saturn sedan traveling north bound. That car was discovered in an apartment complex in McKeesport last month.

That led to the arrested to Surron Burch who was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter and other charges.

As the investigation continued it has been determined by authorizes that that second vehicle traveling southbound also struck him and dragged him about a half mile away where he was discovered on Universal Road.

The vehicle has not been identified but it is believed to be a sedan and most likely has damage to the front end and undercarriage.

Police are offering up to an $8,000 reward for information on the vehicle.

That vehicle has not been identified yet. It is pictured in still image provided below, recovered from video

Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the Allegheny County Police Tipline at 1-833-ALL-TIPS (1-833-255-8477); callers can remain anonymous.
