Protesters Gather Before Trump Boat Rally In South Side

    PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) Protestors have gathered in the South Side and have shut down Hot Metal Street to East Carson.

    The protesters originally gathered to protest a boat rally in support of President Donald Trump.

    Dozens of boats have gathered for their rally under the Hot Metal Street Bridge; Protesters have been warned not to throw objects at the boats.

    Police have been spaced out with the protest and have riot gear by their sides.

    A car made an attempt to drive through the protesters, who quickly surrounded the vehicle.

    The crowd of protesters is dispersing and no incidents were reported at the South Side location.

    The protesters are heading to the North Shore to protest the President Trump boaters.
