Reaction From Co-Stars And Others Following 'Roseanne' Cancellation

ABC Entertainment canceled Roseanne Tuesday after star Roseanne Barr’s racist tweet about former Obama White House aide Valerie Jarrett saying she was the product of the  Muslim brotherhood and the "Planet of the Apes."

ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said in a statement.

Sara Gilbert who played Darlene Conner on the show and was also a producer for the reboot said

Emma Kenny who played Harris Conner-Healy on the show tweeted that she was in the process of quitting the show when she found out it had been canceled.

Ex-husband and actor on Roseanne Tom Arnold:

Television producer Shonda Rhimes who has created shows for ABC such as Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice and Scandal said Roseanne got what was coming to her.

Actress Rita Moreno said she was heartbroken.
