PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – Thursday morning,  Steelers wide receiver, Antonio Brown was cited for speeding on McKnight Road in Ross Township.

Ross Township Board of Commissioners President Steve Korbel wasn’t happy about it and took to twitter to share his thoughts.

Commissioner Korbel tells the KDKA Radio Afternoon News, “I don’t know if I even should have done it but it was more of a public service announcement just noting to the Steelers that they might want to remind their players that when they are driving on McKnight Road they shouldn’t go 100 MPH and in reference to the Le’Veon Bell citation from a couple years back that they might want to leave their marijuana at home.”

Commissioner Korbel didn’t intend for the tweet to gain so much attention but that’s the power of social media.

The Commissioner adds that Brown was on South bound McKnight Road from the intersection of Babcok Boulevard towards the 279 on ramp.
