PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Sarris Candies out of Canonsburg is making the Easter weekend a little sweeter for those on the front line of the coronavirus battle.

The confection company donated 6,000 one pound candy eggs to the doctors, nurses and staff at UPMC Presbyterian and UPMC Shadyside this week as a way of saying thanks.

UPMC workers thankful for Sarris Chocolate

Sarris Candies is still open and taking Easter orders that can be picked up through their curbside pick up program.
