South Fayette PTA Officer Charged With Stealing Nearly $20,000

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A former South Fayette PTA officer is facing charges after allegedly stealing almost $20,000.

Kristen Mandrick turned herself in Thursday morning and is facing one count each of theft and forgery.

Mandrick allegedly stole the money while serving in the PTA from 2014 through August 16.

She was released on $20,000 bond and faces an October 15 preliminary hearing.
