WEST MIFFLIN (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — A woman suspected of urinating on potatoes at the Walmart on Century Dr. last week has turned herself in.

An employee reportedly witnessed the woman, identified as 20-year-old Grace Brown, do so the night of July 24.

Court records show Brown is charged with Open Lewdness, Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.

Brown’s attorney Casey White tells KDKA Radio that she is embarrassed by the situation.

“She made a poor decision obviously that night and she made some poor decisions leading up to the incident so without getting into too much detail she’s working through any issues so may have,” said White.

White adds Brown doesn’t have any “malicious intent” toward Walmart and was not “doing anything silly or stupid to be put on the internet or for any internet fame,” said Brown. “She’s embarrassed and just wants to put this to rest.”

Walmart says the affected products were disposed of and the area was sanitized.

West Mifflin Police  released surveillance photos of the suspect after the incident.
