PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - For the second time in the past few weeks, a preliminary hearing for the teen charged in a drive-by shooting, that ultimately lead to the death of Antwon Rose has been delayed.

The Trib reports a hearing for 17-year-old Zaijuan Hester of Swissvale was scheduled to occur Friday, but instead has been delayed until August 24th.

The Allegheny County DA's office requested the delay after having scheduling issues with several witnesses.

Hester was seen on security video opening fire in a drive by shooting in North Braddock on June 19th.

A short time later 17-year-old Antwon Rose, an unarmed passenger in the car Hester was in, was shot and killed by East Pittsburgh Police officer Michael Rosfeld while attempting to flee.
