May 09, 2018 - 3:16 pm

Today on The Mike Pintek Show, Ellis Cannon was filling in and talked about a mixture of many different things.

To begin the show, Cannon touched on the release of three American hostages from North Korea and the infamous decision of Donald Trump to pull the United States out of the Iran Nuclear deal.  Cannon also talked about the rising gas prices in the Pittsburgh area.  Cannon told listeners, “When I stopped to get gas today I was at ten dollars and then before I knew it, I had spent over thirty dollars on gas.”

Then Cannon talked about the arts and the Pittsburgh CLO’s 28th annual awards that will be held on May 26th.  Today the nominations were announced.

Lastly, Cannon talked about how many of his listeners feel the President deserves a chance, but Ellis feels President Trump has received a few chances already.  Then during the final half hour, Cannon was joined by lawyer, Jim Burns to talk about the Democratic Party, who their leader is and what their message is.

Listen to The Mike Pintek Show weekday’s noon-3PM on News Radio 1020 KDKA.
