Partner at White Collar & Government Litigation Practice at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Justin Danilewitz and Chair at White Collar & Government Litigation Practice at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Christopher Hall join Robert Mangino to discuss the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision to not release the names of 11 priests accused of sexual abuse in a grand jury investigation. Danilewitz argued that it would be denying them the presumptuous of innocence and unfairness of guilt by association. Hall said the names shouldn’t be released because of the absence of a fair process and this would apply regardless of statute of limitations.
