Peter Wallison on Congress Doing More

 Author of Judicial Fortitude and Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute Peter Wallison joined Joe DeStio to discuss why Congress needs to be doing its job better. He said that Congress is unable to conduct oversight over the administrative state because they don’t have much or much of an incentive. When it comes to introducing a bill, if there is very general language the bill is just handed over to an administrative agency.
