Supreme Court Leaves Pennsylvania School Transgender Student Bathroom Policy In Place

A transgender male student at a Pennsylvania high school was using the male’s locker room. Several male students sued the school district for sexual harrassment and the Supreme Court left a lower court ruling in place that sided with the school district.
