Why do Women Delaying Filing Charges When Sexually Assaulted?

As  a result of Christine Blasey Ford accusing Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, Laura Palumbo the Communcations Director at the National Sexual Violence Resource Center joined Robert Mangino to discuss why women who have been sexually assaulted delay filing charges or don’t file charges at all.  Laura Palumbo says many women don’t come forward right away because of shame or fear of someone retaliating against them.
